Sorry - have to point this out - simply because of the BIG lead-up to the egg yolk separator.
Your caption and voiceover both at the very end of the vid refer to it as slimy white egg yolk. Its slimy egg WHITE (albumen) coming out - the yolk is what is retained. Jus sayin
