Unpopular opinion - I know 3 vegans. All three are miserable and suffer from the same issue. Being anaemic and having super low iron levels which leads to always being low on energy. I'm not saying that there isn't a way around it, however, humans are carnivorous. Evolutionary we are predators. Just look at our teeth. So before anyone goes vegan, make sure that you have FULLY studied and found what vitamins and minerals your body will need that you'd normally get from meats, fish and milk products. And make sure that these supplements will work for you. One of my vegan friends has been miserable for over 10 years and even doctors can't find a supplement that would help her because her body doesn't accept the supplements. All I'm saying is - be careful with going full on vegan. Although vegan cakes are amazing!

I love the fact that you made a video of healthy foods that looks absolutely delicious! Im definitely open to eating more oatmeal (not instant) and avocados on a daily basis! I also love the idea of eating salmon more regularly. My only issue with the salmon is the whole mercury issue. Does anyone have any thoughts on that?

Everything that you're eating right now cut it in half, it's not easy but you will be in good body shape in couple of months.

I cant eat fruit or vegetables(I keep gagging) trying to eat better and I ruled everything but meat and nuts so I said all I have to do is eat meat and nuts all day the gayest shit I ever said in my life. Had to hit em w the no homo after that

As a very picky eater who is trying to lose weight, I was pleasantly surprised with this list! It looks like I can easily incorporate a lot of these foods into my diet. I've never tried quinoa, but I definitely will after this video!

I'm 14 and want to lose weight but it's hard to ask my parents because they always cook unhealthy and say I don't need to go on a diet. I'm not overweight but I'm not exactly skinny and I want smaller arms and legs
