Ok I think the punishment in Moral Decay was over the top but thats really it. It is hard to watch Buttercup become greedy but it makes sense. The way I see the girls is that each one has a mentality of a certain age group. Blossom has the mentality of an adult who is hardworking and has her priorities in order and knows that there will be consequences if she doesnt fulfill them. Bubbles has the mentality of a kid who doesnt have a lot of responsibilities and has a more naive carefree attitude. Buttercup has the mentality of a teenager who is still growing up and learning what its like to be in the real world with a few strong emotions tagging along for the ride. Her reactions seem like how a typical teenager would react when theyre given a responsibility like that.
Yeah Dipper had a bad influence but thats how he learned the lesson. Trial and error. He learned from his mistakes.
9: 02 by that logic all movies that do that are the worst movies ever right?

One episode I would call bad is Arnold betrays Iggy, from Hey Arnold. (SPOILERS AHEAD) So it starts with Arnold finding Iggy wearing bunny pajamas, which leads to Iggy begging Arnold to not tell anyone. Arnold promises, but some of the others find out by simple guesses! This leads to Iggy believing Arnold betrayed him, and Arnold is seen doing all of Iggy's jobs. When Iggy keeps declining him, Arnold decides he has no other choice- he puts on the bunny suit, and walks out with them. The entire town mocks and records him, and you can see how miserable he looks. At the end, Arnold is angry with Iggy. The episode was bad for how cruel it was and even the creators hated it. Hell, they asked Nickelodeon to stop airing it, and they did!

Where's Wonky Whistle from Thomas the Tank Engine?
It's the episode where Thomas scares animals when his whistle isn't properly fitted, and he not only endangers both the animals and his crew by prematurely going off, but he also ignores his friends trying to tell him his whistle isn't working. Furthermore, he doesn't even recognize when his own whistle is going off.
Wonky Whistle is the one episode of the show that Neil Ben wrote, and even he is ashamed of it, if his comment on The Engine Inspector's review of the episode is anything to go by.

This is not really BAD cartoon episodes, I'd probably change the title to SAD cartoon episodes. If you saw some of these(for example the spongebob one course meal one) then you would of probably thought it was REALLY sad, not so bad that you laughed at plankton commiting suicide.
