Some crossovers I've come up with lately: 1) Harry Potter: Lincoln is ready to join his older sisters in Hogwarts but he finds out he has a patronus which usually means great power or death.
2) MLP: the loud family lives in equestria as ponies yet Lincoln's cutie mark hasn't appear yet. Trying to find his destiny he follows each of his sisters footsteps but fails until an old Griffin, who has found a prophecy that a pony without a cutie mark will release a primordial evil creature way before Discord or Celestia, kidnaps him to free Angraman, the first evil alicorn.
3) SHAZAM: Lincoln is chosen by the wizard to become his champion on earth while the 7 sins take over Principal Hopkins.
4) Coraline: Lincoln finds a way to an other world where his button eyes sisters treat him with respect until he finds out that his other sisters are actually the other mother in a new form.
5) over the garden wall: Lincoln and Clyde fell in a comma and they're transported to an other world where they meet strange looking beings that look like their friends and families but also the Beast.
6) the Twilight Zone: 3 short stories in a twilight way
I: Luna loses her voice in an accident but she finds a magic guitar that turns her words into beautiful songs. but she also finds out that her new axe is haunted by a wich voice that drives everyone mad.
II) After a prank almost kills Lily the family believes that Luan has lost it. In the meantime, Luan finds out that her puppet Coconuts was the one who made all these deadly pranks because he has become her trickery personified.
III: The family sees Lincoln acting strange and watch him all day only to find out that the real Lincoln was with Clyde all day and the new one was just an alien. During the 3 stories Lincoln and Luan fight each other for the role of the narrator only to find out that they were in twilight zone story too and Lily was narrating.
7) Aladdin: Lincoln, Clyde and Ronnie Anne discover the magical lamb of the genie. However the Bratty Kid also wants the lamb and Lincoln's sisters too.
8) The loud family has been making plans to go to vacation but Lincoln, accidently spends all the money on Ace Savvy comics and the others get angry with him. Lincoln tries to get a job and take the money back but fails. One day, Lincoln and Clyde get involved in an other accident that makes 5. 0. 5, Demencia and Dr Flug get captured by the police. The boys are later hired by Black Hat as his new employees. He makes a lot of money until the sisters find out about it and try to find a way to get him out of Black Hat's organization.

What about the cipher house?
In this story Lincoln grows tired of his sisters abusing him and summons Bill Cipher to remake the timeline and become the only loud child. However, Bill tricks Lincoln and takes over his body for his own goals. This story has 3 parts (trade it for more than the world, Bill cipher's new puppet and still watching you.

I noticed a mistake when talking about Louds on Isla Sorna, when you listed the dinosaurs the Louds encounter, you forgot the Spinosaurus, the Carcharodontosaurus siblings, a Stegosaurus herd, Carnotaurus, Ceratosaurus and Kentrosaurus.
Also, there was a group of Pyroraptors, not just one. Just giving you a heads up.
