I think the reason for the farm harvesting organs is to stay looking younger than they actually are, This could be how Evelyn for over a decade posed as a teen. I think he may have started doing this for Evelyn because we know she was an ill child.
Maybe the theory of him being a warlock could tie in too, We may see Edgar performing ressurrections for people to bring back their loved ones then he will be seen as someone with god like powers which will encourage people to join his cult.
As for Jason I think Edgar used the harvested organs to bring Jason back from the dead.
I think the core 4 will find out that Cheryl took Jason's corpse home and because they love Cheryl they decide to kill Jason for her and the fast forward scene had the 3 there because Jug is off somewhere hiding Jason's body.
I also think if this does happen when Cheryl realises what they have done she will act out of emotion and cut off the core 4.

Season 3 ending! Theory for season 4They are only helping cover up a murder. Betty is saying the same thing to Archie and veronica, like Bettys mom says to Betty. When they hide the shady man they killed. Jughead either killed a man himself and they are helping him cover it up while he runs, (but Betty should have been crying if you ran away, or he was the one killed. Or it was a group effort in killing someone(maybe long lost Charles was lying, maybe he was working with Mr. Lodge like the other FBI agent that Mr. lodge set up on Archie) either way I dont believe they could kill a member of the core 4.

if you what the chilling adventures of Sabrina I think you'd agree that the gargoyle king looks a lot like the dark lord, in episode six of season three there is a drawing of the gargoyle king on the cave wall that looks more like the dark lord, does this sound familiar? in Sabrina Harvey sees what could be the dark lord (or a demon) in cave. these two towns are directly next to each other. even if this isn't true and the gargoyle king a person could it be someone who has seen the dark lord and then Made the game to kill people as the game does.
