welll. i think there's a lot to be said here. You mentioned the newer films that shared voice actors, but never mentioned Eleanor, Bill or Kathryn who voiced Cindy/SB, AiW/PP and AiW/PP. Plus, many of the films that came out in the 1940s after the strike through the time of Walt's death had many of the same animators. So yeah, you can see Marc Davis and other prominent animators' designs in many of the heroines, side chara's, etc.
Also, the BB homages aren't laziness, they are saying we remember you.
Nice vide overall. And yes, hand-drawn animation is meticulous and time consuming. So before the advent of home video, the shortcut to reuse previously completed scenes was IDEAL! ;)

I was oblivious to most of these as a kid, but the two I did notice at the time were the crow animations from Dumbo and Mickey and the Beanstalk (part of Fun and Fancy Free) and the battle between the knights from The Sword in the Stone and the London Bridge segment of The Truth about Mother Goose.

I was worried that Lady Tremaine was going to kill Cinderella when she caught her humming that tune from the ball. Not that she would easily recognize it, because she was cut off, by the Duke, before they had their moment.

Why only name some voice actors. You named the fairy Godmother and Queen of Hearts and Duchess and Miss Bianca but not Baloo and Little John or Maleficent and Lady Tremaine when mentioning their similarities

Sticks with re-use of the animation. Many of the stories are classic fairy tales, so blaming their similarities in Disney is incorrect.
