What These Movie Creatures Look Like Without CGI.
Hey, TheThings fans! Welcome back to another video. We dont know about you, but watching the new movies that are hitting our screens in the 21st century is extraordinary. And were not just talking about the talented new actors that have emerged over the years were talking about the incorporation of CGI and VFX that have taken these films to another level.
We cant even tell apart a fake animal from a real one in a film anymore. Thats why we were curious to find out how films that utilize CGI to bring realistic animals to life, look behind the scenes.
For this video, we pulled back the curtain and found out just how movies like Planet of the Apes and even Guardians of the Galaxy created their furry friends.
Did you know there is a position called a creature actor that involves really talented personnel imitating animals movements so accurately that its borderline eerie? Neither did we, but it was really interesting to see them in action. Any guesses on which movies had creature actors? Hint: its more than one.
Even Twilight and Harry Potter utilized this new technology to create Jacobs wolf form and Nagini.
Were still mind blown at how these talented artists are able to create these detailed animals and creatures from basically nothing. Scarlett there quite a few movies I didnt expect or think would be on there a tiny bit surprised Jurassic world wasnt mentioned since dinosaurs count as animals some cgi is definitely amazing when you learn about the work put into it
