Tom Holland has offers coming left, right and center but that doesnt mean the actor hasnt had his fair share of auditions as well. Holland is the star of a major franchise, and we couldve seen him in some other pretty big ones like Star Wars. Before he had risen to fame, the actor auditioned for movies like November Criminals a role that wound up being a particularly big blow. What it did do was provide a very special lesson that has affected the rest of Hollands career. The actor went head to head with another famous actor Timothe Chalamet but for which role? And which actor was successful in booking it? Even though he didnt book it, Hollands audition for The Jungle Book wasnt a total loss. One very special person was a fan of his performance and let the whole world know that the SpiderMan actor's audition was a brilliant one. Tom at one point did kind of set himself up for failure with a role proposal that wound up getting turned down by Sony ouch. Then some auditions could have led to some very cool projects including one with Tom Hanks at the helm. Now one show Tom wants to be on doesnt so much require a typical audition involving learning lines because its a reality show and youll never guess which one. Toms SpiderMan auditions were plentiful and most of them knocked it out of the park, but some other tapes didnt really showcase his best work. His career has been so varied and as his career grows, Tom only gets better and better. What role will he play next!

tl; dr: I'm being a nerd and think that if they ever made a movie about one of my favorite games than tom Holland would be perfect for the role other than his voice.
game I think if they ever made a game film about the 2009 game series INFAMOUS then Tom Holland would make a brilliant Cole Macgrath. the parkour stunt work he does for Spiderman would transition to that role nicely and I think he would just be a great version of Cole although I don't think he could get down the gravely voice that Cole has in the games.

0: 02-0: 10 Thats how professional acting works. You obviously dont get all the roles you audition for. Most of them are a hole in the water, hit and miss. You get a lot of nos to then have the chance of hearing a handful of yess.

Im actually glad and relieved Tom didnt get the role of Finn. Trust me Id love to see Tom in the SW universe, but if he did get the role, we wouldnt have SPIDER-MAN. Plus most of the sequels were crap.

Me: OK, many people are coming for this role, and we need to pat close attention to their act, it's a very important role.
Tom walks in
Me: UR HIRED

The Wonka part is completely false. Tom said in an interview that he had never auditioned for the movie and had no idea why such rumors were made.

I always
believed Tom Holland would easily play Pavel Andreievich Chekov in star
trek as a replacement for Walter Koenig/Anton Yelchen

I think Tom Holland is a very good actor and a funny man I do like Toby Maguire more as Spiderman but Tom is growing on me.
