Did you hear how many swords they had to use to make that incredible throne room this time? We ll give you a hint, it s in the thousands! Some of the old reliables are back too, including The Red Keep but it s sporting some exciting new upgrades. King s Landing makes a reappearance, using the same shooting locations as they did in GoT.
It s just too bad they couldn t find a way to bring Kit Harington back into it The design crew has gone above and beyond, blowing everyone s expectations when it came to the Colosseum but did you know that the first time everyone read it they were picturing the jousting scenes in the woods? But it s House of the Dragon and they don t do anything for cheap. Not like GoT did on that throne room!
Building the set is one thing, catering to horses is a whole other challenge. House of the Dragon has gone digital. Well, sometimes. They switch between green screens and LED panels. Another Weirwood tree has made its debut in the series but this one isn t looking so grouchy as the one we saw in GoT.
