I remember Doctor Doom absorbing the powers of the Beyonder in the 90's Spiderman series. He was dangerous. Till the tables were turned on him. And it later came out that the Beyonder was only playing along with the villain the whole time. What a fun fake out.

I was hoping that Doom 2099 would make an appearance, and sure enough it did. Gotta love Doom 2099's armor & characters. #1 obviously had to be God Emperor Doom, as the most powerful version of himself in any reality ever obtained.

If they won't be basing his character on Books of Doom, don't bother doing Doom at all. You can't truly represent a character like that unless you pull out all the stops.
