I would say that Harley belongs to Ivy. In the Batman Generation Joker book, Ivy ends up with another of Joker's flames, Marion. She is trying to save Ivy who is dying.
I would rather see Harley trying to save Ivy, but instead she ignores her for her kids who are running around with a hologram of Joker, aka Jack Napier, who Marion believes can save Ivy.
To further complicate things, Harley is married to Batman (Bruce Wayne) and he had the Joker's personality imbedded within his brain.
That is until they were able to get Joker out of him and placed him into a Hologram so everyone could see him, not just Bruce. That is a messed up relationship if I've ever seen one.

The Batman x Wonder Woman relationship would actually make sense because she s probably the only woman he wouldn t have to worry about getting hurt by his rogues.
It s kind of implied in the JL animated series and JLU series.

Because Superman and Wonder Woman are long lived and will outlast their current relationships, I believe it would be reasonable for Superman and Wonder Woman to end up together in the future, after their loved ones have passed.

Theres an other story with Batman and Harley Quinn when she litteraly buy Bruce wayne at an auction To go on a date with him, then later on she also kiss him as Batman when he check on her in his Batman persona
