Wiccan has ta cause some Wanda Level occurrence to make up some numbers. Even Joe Locke can't get him to top 3 these days. The best Billy and Tommy Story comes from What The? (Dont have the issue off the top of my head) more or less Billy and Tommy are Wanda's spell, but its a Glamour not a creation spell, cause she wants a break.
