A lot of people get all pissed when you say that Teen Titans sucked, but they never realized WHY it sucked. The reason that it sucked was that it honestly could not decide whether to be a comedic or serious series and when you make a series like that, well, it is just never going to end well. Sure, it had flashes of greatness, but in comparison to the rest of the DCAU, it just honestly paled in comparison to Justice League and Justice League Unlimited, to say nothing of the Batman, Superman, or Static Shock series. Teen Titans Go, on the other hand, despite having some fairly cringe worthy moments, also had a lot of good ones and while people might be mad for it being a parody of the universe that it made, they also fail to realize that there is literally a version of the DC universe where the good and evil characters are literally kids and everything is done all cutesy, oh, and that there is also the LEGO DC Super Heroes/Batman universe, not to mention that some of the people that worked on the DCAU series also just so happened to make a little known, as well as highly underrated, series that is called Freakazoid, and then there are a whole host of parodies of superheroes as well, such as The Mask, The Tick, and, possibly the one that started the whole trend, a hugely popular Spanish televised series that is called El Chaupulin Colorado (or, roughly translated into the English language, The Red Grasshopper. Let me also point out that the same people that voiced the main characters in Teen Titans Go also just so happen to be the people that voiced the same characters in Teen Titans, so, either way, the hate will come to those people in their lives. Based upon what I have said here, there are few valid reasons, if any, to truly hate Teen Titans Go.

Starfire has taken top billing for me on my list of favorite DC characters. I just love everything about her. I sort of hate that when most people think of her, they think about the animated Teen Titans series version, though. While I love her personality and mannerisms on the show, comic books are a visual medium and I much prefer the way Kori looks in comics to her Pokemon-esque generic look on the show. I know, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and many will think I am being shallow about this, but I am an artist and aesthetics are very important to me. It is in a similar vein to me as the new iteration of She-Ra. While I love the storytelling and character development on the series, I absolutely hate the way most of the characters look. For me, as a visual person, it takes away from my enjoyment of the material a bit.

All DC Superhero Girls needs now is a Scott Menville Nightwing and the Teen Titans are reunited once again in animated form, since we already have a Khary Payton Cyborg, a Greg Cipes Beast Boy, a Hynden Walch Starfire and Blackfire and a Tara Strong Raven in the series. I specified Nightwing instead of Robin due to the episode where Batgirl had to babysit Damien Wayne.

so, characters in dc universe who named starfire are so many, so starfire is not just only one characters. So in dc comics, there is a lot of character who named starfire. There is many starfire in dc. Starfire is not just only one character, but many!

Roya, you're the best always enjoy your videos. it would be cool for you to talk about Top 10 Starfire stories or her best friends. Just wondering have you done versions or just talked about She-Hulk or Supergirl? Thanks

Technically Roya, the Judas Contract and JL vs TT movies are the same continuity, the Bourassaverse, named for Phil Bourassa, the art director for Young Justice. For this mixup, you owe us an extra Starfire.

What kills me is that starfire should theoretically have survived that explosion in flashpoint as she has survived nuclear explosion. They killed her for plot device T_T

Starfire is the love of Dick's life. Dick and Starfire was together before him and Batgirl got together. Duck and Starfire was together for fourteen years. You are welcome.

I am enjoying a fanfic where the main character is an Orange Lantern and recruits her to his Core.
Of course, she would be better with a Blue Ring.

I wonder why the host never mentioned the original version of Starfire from the 80's. That version is like the most important one
