1) Quicksilver is actually listed as super-strong, just on the weak side (he can lift a ton with his arms, twice that with his legs. Keeping in mind that he has yet to pass a few mach, however, his skin doesn't need to be THAT hard.
2) Superman's mini-me power was short-lived. It's neat to note he could do it, but it was only part of his powerset for a relatively few issues.
3) Other fun powers people forget about:
Hawkeye has proven to be virtually immune to sonic-based mind-control/illusion abilities (he is partially deaf, after all.
Jean Grey's photographic memory: As a side effect of her telepathy, Jean Grey (and presumably other telepaths) has photographic memory.
Black Cat has had actual cat-like powers before. She's also a better photographer than Peter.
If we're looking at plot armor as a power, Aunt May has plot romance powers, as a number of Spidey's villains have fallen in love with her on different occasions.
If you're going to bring up Superman's mini-me, then let's not forget his super-knitting skill.
Nightcrawler has an incredible sense of balance, as does Hank McCoy. This has allowed them to shrug off vertigo-based effects.
It's been argued that Joker is aware that he's in a comic book, he just doesn't care.
Flash had his own personal thick skin and had limited invulnerability (he couldn't shrug off bullets, but while they pierced his skin they didn't go far past the skin level.
People tend to downplay Janet van Dyne's money, but she and Batman have both been able to stop a criminal just by paying him off.

I do heal much faster than normal. I wouldnt call it a superpower really. It does mean I basically have to re-pierce my ears every day to wear earrings. Kinda annoying. Also when people see it happen it really freaks them out. And its not really useful like a proper healing power like wolverine or something so yeah. Pretty much sucks. Also religious people call me a demon a lot. That may or may not be related.

Cyclops doesn-t have a super strong neck and he doesn-t shoot lasers out of his eyes either, Scott summers actually has the ability to open portals to a dimension made of purely energy in FRONT of his eyes, so if cyclops has a hidden superpower it would actually be eyes that could withstand intense beams of heat and light

got it wrong about cyclops. He doesn't fire his optic blasts from his eyeballs like their energy releasing from them, what happens is his eyes are like portals to another dimension that when his eyes are open it releases the energy from that dimension as a blast.

Technically death isn't permanent even for uncle Ben. There has been issues with uncle Ben's from other dimensions. Even a what if where aunt May died instead of uncle Ben.
