(3: 29) I'd rather the Spectacular Spiderman had been cancelled. In this show we were able to see Rodrerick Kingsley, the real Hobgoblin in the comics. He may be the Hobgoblin in this show as well.
(1: 29) I like the Hobgoblin in Spiderman 90's cartoon. He was a great villain and has the upperhand over both, Kingpin and Osborn. Sadly this version wasn't Rodrerick Kinglsey. To be fair, at this point the Hobgoblin was revelead to be Ned Leeds, so Jason fit better as his civil identity. If Roger Stern was able to reveal the real culprit at time, probably Rodrerick would be Hobgoblin's secret identity.

-The mantle of hobgoblin has passed on many times from person to person. - This is why hobgoblin is better than Green Goblin. He can be anybody. The green goblin has always surrounded the Osborns and that doesn't leave a lot of diversity for who the green goblin can be. Simply put: if you're not an osborn you can't be the green goblin. But that's not the case with the hobgoblin. The hobgoblin is much more diverse when it comes to who the hobgoblin can be. It also works better in writing. One person who is the hobgoblin can be killed off, and then you can bring in someone else to be the hobgoblin later.

Help to much Tom de Falco and Ron Frenz were working in Spider-girl. AWESOME.

(0: 05) The Hobgoblin appeared for the first time in Amazing Spiderman 238 (Cover 03/1983, however AMS 238 was avaible on 1982-11-30.
The same thing happened to Captain America 279 and Thor 329 (both Cover 03/1983) but those were avaible on 1982-10-30.

the only true and best goblin is roderick kingsley and the the best version of his goblin is when he becomes the demogoblin after making a deal with mephisto.
