Donna Stone The Donna Reed Show (1958-1966) a Late 1950's sitcom Mother not a horror movie monster but thanks to Nick at Nite she was a mildly popular Icon In the mid to late 1980's way before my time and crucial to Nick at Nite's success I'm surprised the block Is still on Nickelodeon nearly 40 years later but I'm glad It stuck around

Being a long-time (old) movie fan, I frequently think lists like this are missing some classics; but not this one! You started with a favorite of Mine Daimajin! Thank you.
And, as always, thank you so very much for the videos.
You also managed to include several other of my favorites.

I don't see how Graboids are underrated monsters, I mean after all Tremors is considered to be one of the most iconic horror film franchises or all time. And besides no other movie monster on this list has an evolutionary lifecycle like the Graboids do.

The 1998 Godzilla movie should have been called The Beast From 20, 000 Fathoms, especially since it looks more like a giant dinosaur than actual Godzilla, it would of made a better remake of that film than the trashy Godzilla film we watched

Blade’s appearance is based on director David Schmoeller’s favorite actor Klaus Kinski. Even though in the story of Puppet Master 3 Toulon’s Revenge Blade’s appearance is based on Major Kraus (Richard Lynch.

they should have added the spinosaurus from Jurassic Park III it may not be a monster but it was kind of underrated when it had the cell phone in its stomach and how he caught up with the humans the second time

Don't know if it would qualify as underrated but Trantor the Troll is one of my absolute favourite and most terrifying monsters of all time. Almost everyone who watched that movie as a kid was terrified of him.

Gamera is and always will be my ultimate favorite monster. You've touched on some of my other favorites, too. Thank you for this run down on monster movies. It was fun to see some other older ones, too.

May cool movies. It Came from Beneath the Sea, Underwater Worms, Graboids, Rhedosaurus, Kaiju. Gamera looks good too. Shame it doesnt get Godzilla fame. I didnt know about it. Nice Gamera supportGreat video!

What makes the Gamera movies underrated is the fact that the children in them are downright insufferable. So much so that Crow T Robot and Tom Servo wanted to hurt them severely with voodoo.

The Deformed brother in Basket Case was the funniest looking creature I've ever seen in a monster movie! The first time he appeared in the film I bursted out laughing!

I actually liked Troll Hunter and would recommend it in its native language, Norwegian
Which is saying a lot as I usually prefer things in English

Male gaze, really They used a hot girl as the star and she did it willingly that was the point. PC culture hasn't aged well, we need to end it.
reply

I don't think Gravoids or the Kaijus from Pacific Rim count as underrated, would've replaced either of those for the Mimics, from the movie of the same name
reply

Bigfoot - Night of the Demon . Horrible scene of Bigfoot ripping off someone's arm in slow motion. Do not show to kids under 9 years old.
reply

It's not underrated. But, my favorite movie monster is The Fly (1986. That and The Thing (1982) are probably the best movie monsters of all time.
reply

Nah I would choose Godzilla movies as number one over gamers because number of movies plus games as well so Godzilla is number one for me

I still can't sleep since I saw the Care Bears Movie.
So many bears with personality disorders.
The horror. .. .. . the horror.
