Gender swaps don't matter as we recently saw in Cosmo, Morgan Stark, Ghost, Miek, Fenris and Ancient One all of whom were genderswapped from comics and no one realized.
Th3Birdman - Now I want to preface this by saying I am the guy publicly okay that does not give a [ __] about race swaps in or even gender swaps in film. I think anybody can play anybody as long as they have the talent to do so and as long as that character's race is not integral to that character. for example, and I used this example before Red Skull probably has to be a white European considering he's a Nazi during World War II. That kind of has to be a white guy or at least a guy that very closely resembles a white European right, maybe not a Jewish person. that would be kind of [ __] up, but like you know he has to kind of be white, like he can't be, I don't know, Idris Elba, like Idris Elba can't be Red Skull before he gets the Red Skull.

Th3Birdman EWW CinemaSins Dune: Dr Kynes scene - this is another instance of this film calling back to something from the 1984 Dune as this exact thing happened in that film
only Dr Kynes was whiter and male-ier. I do want to point out the irony of this character not causing the so-called anti-woke crowd to go apeshit like they always do when a character was made black or female. it's almost like race swaps don't matter if the character's race isn't integral to the character especially when they didn't even know anything about the original character.

Furiosa was one of the few movies i thoroughly enjoyed the last few years.
Unfortunately the Hollywood agenda of promoting strong female girlbosses with no substance, who dont need no man, and are born perfect and stronger than everyone, has had a negative impact on anything that has a female lead.
Furiosa actually has a journey of growth and even a male mentor, who teaches her things, and turns her in the strong warrior she eventually becomes.
I also enjoyed Chris Hemsworth's character a lot

Streaming is killing movies. Why pay to see the stars in the theatre when they also makes a lot of streamed movies. There's a tendency to forget about the difference in quality. Also all the negative influencers that tries to destroy the films before they even premiered. And of course the DEI sickness drives people away. This has also done that you can't even have a female lead film before it's badmouthed beforehand (like Madame Web)

In most countries Furiosa and If have been out for literally a few days (not even going through their first week-end, with If just getting its production costs back as per the last data. it’s a bit too soon to label them box office bombs, don’t you think
And of course The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare bombed, it was shttily marketed (in a way most people didn’t even _know_ about its release) and even worsely distributed.

I don’t go to the theater often, but I saw Fall Guy a few weeks ago and I’m going to the theater tonight to watch Furiosa tonight. I streamed Ministry of Un-Gentlemanly Warfare last week, I thought it was great. It sucks that most of the movies I look forward to are considered Bombs. It means we’ll get way more crap I don’t care to see. I’m nervous about the future of film making.

It's sad that Back to Black bombed, since it had a long of potential, namely the relationship between Amy and her nana. Sadly, they opted to focus on romanticising Amy's ex husband, Blake, and implying that him having a baby with someone else was the final straw. In reality, Amy was in a relationship with Reg Traviss at the time of her death, with them planning to get married, and start a family.

There's a simple reason why the Amy Winehouse and Zendaya movies failed. They did not appeal to enough people. If you're trying to get as many people as possible to see a movie, you need to broaden your audience. Amy Winehouse appeals to so few people these days. Hardly anyone cares anymore. And a movie involving tennis will NEVER be a box office gold mine.

i don't care for back in black. i never thought her music was that great, nor did she leave the same impact as the other forever 27 club did. she's no jim morrison, janis joplin, jimi hendrix, or kurt cobain. as for her life. i don't think she lived a life that needed to be told in a movie. just my opinion.

I have better hope for The Fall Guy. as of the release of the video it's made $77 mil (domestic) and $71mil (international) -148 million vs, a $125 million budget, I know that 23 million extra will go to marketing costs, but while I think it will fail to be successful, I think it will dodge bomb status

Not a 2024 Movie But Blueberry (2004) The Western based loosley based on The Belgian comic book which makes Jonah Hex (2010) and Cowboys and Aliens (2011) look like Preacher (2016-2019) which Is quite a statement but very very true the movie Is boring so boring I turned It off halfway through

Part of the problem is shorter run days. Some movies that came out in April are already up on VOD. Movies used to get 6 months before they go VOD then it was 90 days. then 45. now it's even less. How do they expect movies to make money if they send them to VOD in just a few weeks

Why is princess peach in the thumbnail of you dont even use the movie for this video.
Can you not just bait people like that and actually work it to be with your video.
Also, i didnt expect IF on this, its basically an alternate Foster's home for Imaginary Friends.

I was actually shocked I hadn’t even remotely heard of 60% of these. I knew Madame Web and Fall Guy just off of notoriety. I think I remember seeing a trailer for Argyle I remember hearing about an Amy Winehouse movie too but they already finished and released it!

This list is dumb. Most of these films are great watches. Of course the studios want their ROI but any regular movie goer caring about a box office bomb is lying to themselves. Enjoy good storytelling, directing, acting, cinematography, etc. ignore these dumbass lists

If people can rent the movie on Fandango WHILE it is still in theaters, and for cheaper, of course it's not going to make as much money as expected. Need to go back to when we had to wait a few months before renting/buying/streaming, and not just a week.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results
This phrase was the inspiration for Sony to make Madame Web after flopping with Morbius (twice. Can't wait for Kraven the Hunter to join this club.

These are just Someone's Opinion based on a Couple of Hundred Reviews & not meant as Fact or to be taken Seriously. Watch & Judge for Yourself whether these Movies are BAD or GOOD, Don't Base your Opinion on others. I, NEVER Do.

People are so unstable nowadays, why go to the movies and deal with the buffoonery/fights/shooters(god forbid) of others when you can watch the movie in the comfort of your home. Streaming is the slow killer of theater

ISS was such a tarded concept. usually astronauts are highly intelligent people and seeing the earth get f't wouldn't make any of them think hell yeah, let's kill ourselves in space too. such an American idiotic mentality.
