It’s a martial arts, Harem, Anime Romcom Sitcom with a gender bending main character, complex and well developed characters across the board, great comedy, seemingly never ending fan service for everyone who came for it, The first Modern Tsundere: Akane. (Yes I know the first Tsundere was Lum, but how Tsundere’s act now is first portrayed in how Akane acts) Non-stop violence in all of the 5 seasons, OVA’s and Movies, and the most Infamous love POLYGON (Yes you read that correctly, POLYGON) in Anime History.
Demon Slayer
Stunning animation from Ufotable, great fight scenes and so successful that the final arc, is being made into a movie trilogy. RIP Rengoku
Princess Mononoke
Man vs. Wild, Industrialism vs. Nature and a beautiful portrayal of what happens when you destroy the earth we live on, with stunning action sequences, bloody violence and made by the legendary studio that is: Studio Ghibli
Devilman and Devilman Crybaby
This was a modern take on the Biblical end of the world, a superhero show where no matter what you do, there is no hope in the end. Also, great representation.
I will not debate the top three as all of them are great picks and deserving of the top spots.

There was an anime i saw a long time ago about wine and to this day i still can’t find it. The closest thing I’ve found was Drops of God but I don’t believe that was it. Hope somebody can help me out

I like Kengan Ashura and Baki. I like the martial arts featured and most of all the fights and the story. Kengan Ashura has the best fights. I hope Kengan Omega will be an anime soon.
