This 20 minute Vinyasa flow is the perfect practice to start your day with. Moving through a faster pace flow, this class will wake up your system, boost your metabolism, and get your mind and body ready to tackle anything that comes your way through the day. As we move through this practice we will be joined by beautiful rescued elephants enjoying their river bath and bamboo snacks, as well as our cute 3-legged dog (who is a survivor from a jungle poaching accident. These animal's inspiring power and will to survive through the circumstances they were rescued from is the energy that will allow us to find the power within ourselves. To grow, and become better then we were yesterday. Enjoy XO

In the search for ourselves we must also search for a deeper perspective of our place and balance in this existence. We share this planet. We share nature and this earth with each other and all. To find a truer understanding of this idea maybe we have to return to when we were children, when we learned how to share and to give and to co-exist. The values taught to us in our youth sometimes can become so easily forgotten as we grow. It is our job to remember them later in life. To go back to them. And reinstate them when lost in so much important 'adult'ing. If you practice this flow, try to set your mind on the simple ideas of love and respect. For yourself. For this planet. For all the creatures on it. And for the life we have each been blessed with. Namaste. Juliana & Mark

I'm very new to yoga and I kept hearing in every video, let it go never understanding until this video. I let go of self doubt and really let my body go into a full fold, chest to my legs hands around my ankles (not sure what the position is called) and it felt amazing. I kept telling myself It's okay if you can't do it rignt now, one day you will. Today, I did it. Thank you.

I really enjoy all your video, however I personally have some trouble with getting enough strength for the chaturanga. I was wondering if you have some tipps how to increase the strength in the shoulders and hips simultaneously during this posture. Thank you again for your videos and have a great sunday

Last year, I was hit by a car. The reason was to save a dog. It broke bones and tore me up. But I'd do it again. I live and die for animals. All animals. Incredible and Absolutely Beautiful Flow. Love and Peace. Thank You Both So Much And So Much Love and Peace to All the Sweet Animals. Tauney

You are AMAZING Thank you so much for sharing with all of us. There are so many yoga videos available and yours are the best. I do at least one daily to recharge when my two little ones are napping. It has helped tremendously. Also, where do you shop for your outfits? So cute.
