Wow I was just about to do my normal Yin Yoga class from you that iv been working on and getting better at with my flexibility when I saw that you had posted a new video targeting the areas Im mostly trying to improve after a significant back injury. This class was absolutely amazing in that it flows some of the same Yin Yoga position but with a few extra twists (literally) lol. Really loved this class and is now my new favourite as I felt even more release in my hips today. Thank you so so much. You have the most calming and inspiring voice that is a real key to your classes. I honestly feel like this was a one on one class you are just talking to me directly which pushed me to go a little deeper. I know you have been through it yourself and your an absolute inspiration to anyone that has ever suffered a back injury, I feel a real connecting with your classes because of it. Thank you so much for doing what you do. You have changed my life in many ways.

Ever since I began practicing yoga with you many positive changes have happened in my life. I have been able to get sober and stay sober, I have minimised drastically the medications I take. bohobeautiful I started watching you both a little over 2 years ago. I have been a Patreon member since 2018. You and your yoga have changed my life. I try to get at least one video in per day. Thank you for all that you do. This has been by far my favorite video, I also Dance so these were perfect stretches And the music in the background is gorgeous. Peace be with you both. Keep up the wonderful work.

I know this got nothing to do with the video but can you suggest any yoga style for tail bone, because I landed on my tail bone and for past months it's been playing up. So I hope I could get some suggestion of what yoga style to help it a little. Wonderful and amazing video by the way x

Honestly, I'm not much of a runner or hiker or anything, but I have chronically tight hips and I'm always super excited whenever you put out a new hip-opening class. The fallen triangle to pigeon might be my new favourite stretch.
