How to blowout your hair like a pro Kathleen: I love your tutorials, but I do w8sh you showed how to hold the brush and hairdryer on yourself, I was having such a hard time holding it and angling it. Also pinning my curls on myself with my layers was a nightmare, I was getting super frustrated with that. Anyways, just waiting for mine to cool off, I've never really done much with the blow dryer, so playing and learning is lots of fun! My mother in law is a hairdresser and she just cut my hair and gave me curtain bangs, so I'm learning how to style it

Im currently in this struggle state: Ive done blow drying in my collage but its been ages since Ive done it and now that Ive found a good salon to work in Ive noticed my blow drying skills got bad and I see why my manager was disappointed. It disappoints me to and to be honest it upsets me that Ive started thinking Ive lost the capability to do this which is why my workers and manager dont allow me to blow dry clients just yet

Thanks for this tutorial! I have been drying my hair wrong this whole time. All my stylists turn me away from the mirror so I cant see the products they use, the amount used or the technique. My hair looks nice when I leave the salon until I attempt it on my own. Cant wait to practice these techniques and hopefully master them. I do use my nozzle though! Thanks for sharing!

I love this kid! He mispronounces voluminous but it makes him all the more adorable! So young yet an expert at his craft! Ive tried to watch blow dry tutorials before and I get bored and give up. But hes so fun and enthusiastic Its like you want to keep hanging with him! He explains it all so great, hes so fun, excited, happy and simply darling. Love it!

Brad, Helpful hint. The reason you are struggling saying voluminous, is that you are missing a syllable. It is VOL-LUME-IN-OUS. It is a tricky one to say. You obviously have no struggle styling hair, though. Looks great. I always give up 3 minute in due to bad shoulder on my dominate arm but will try to apply some of your techniques, thanks.

Damn you can REALLY see the early lockdown stress in this video-- I didn't notice it at the time because I was also similarly stressed but he's like two seconds away from flinging this mannequin out the window lol. Spring 2020 was a rough time and videos from that period are like a time capsule.

I am so grateful my hair looks its best when it dries naturally. I put the front up with a clip on the top of my head, when it's dry, it looks great! There is no way I could put this much time or product in my hair; you have to have a lot of patience, which I do not. As always, nice show, Brad!

I'm 35 and I've never done anything to my waist-long hair than put it in a ponytail or a braid. I'm learning sooo much and cut my first ever bangs last night! I'm here to learn how to blow-dry it properly. Brad, thank you! So much value here, I love it! /love from Denmark, Europe

Me who already made it perfect before this video with only
A terrible hair dryer (smoke gets out and only 2 settings)
A normal hair brush
Hair oil
No sections
No proper products
No round hairbrush
(No complaining I only just realised that lol)

I have PTSD from round brushes. I tried to use a round brush as a child to curl my hair with a hair dryer. My mother angrily covered my hair in peanut butter and ended up cutting it out. Then my dad got home and saw me and it was more yelling all over again.

CONFESSION
- Bought a new hairdryer
- Had no human idea of what the attachments were
- Threw them all away
WHERE AM I TODAY?
- Performing Hail Mary's for the sins I committed above

Brad, I love your tips, but your comments and goofy personality keep me coming back! Your language/slang and the way you treat your mannequins is hilarious! You are adorable.

Would the voluminous blowout work just as well if I used my Revlon One-Step Blow Dryer instead of a round brush and a hairdryer (using all of the products you recommended?
reply

The round brush keeps pulling my hair! It does not go through it! What can I do? Or what am I doing wrong? Or is it the brush that is no good for me?

Your videos are so well explained, Ive gotten myself a doll and Im really hoping to grasp my skills back again with much more abilities
