Im so happy I had natural virgin hair when I did this. My hair is very dark as you see in my picture. But my stripes got very Nice the first time. Maybe because I was at the hairdresser doing it the first time. And then I proceeded to do brown roots myself the next months. My stripes are sooooooo gooood

Amature tip: having conditioner or some kind of hair product to lay down whats not beeing bleach might not keep it from beeing bleach if getting bleach on it. But it Will help it Get easier not to Get it on the back part. Its actually very helpful when you do it alone

I still cant believe it came back into style. Ive had skunk stripes for years in the late 90s, beginning 2000s. Loved it. I dont know if I could do it again. Its a pain when it grows back
