Ummmm, trying to put plastic film on the hair and wondering why it's not working? But if trying to make it work, maybe it should be smaller pieces. And if desired to be a bigger tattoo then put couple of those small pieces near each other. And horizontally in the hair lenghts closer to roots than the ends. For example putting a few small flowers horizontally around the head so that there is a little gap between each flower so the hair can move and the tattoos won't move so much and turn in to a smudge and peel off. Idk. Personally, I have never tried to put these kinds of temporary tattoos on hair, just the ones where you use colourfull hairsprays and stencils. And I'm sure as h ll not going to try because I would probably loose my mind and get piss d off like Brad did

So, I've actually done this before, fairly successfully!
I used a spray bottle on the temp tat, soaked it before I put it anywhere near my head and made sure it was practically sliding off the paper before I pressed it firmly on my head and then slide the paper down, don't peal it up.
Lastly, get rid of that shiney plastic look with colored eye shadow and glitter!
I also did mine with my hair slicked in a tight pony and the tat on my head, not the length.

Hey, I'm sorry to be that person and maybe i didn't see correctly but did you just pick your dog up by its front legs? Go under the legs and support their lower half because what it looked like you did could cause serious injury otherwise: /

Hi Brad! I found John Freida Colored shampoos, designed for certain hair colors and wanted to know if you could review them!
Love your content. You re the reason I do my own hair and save so much money at the salon

Spray it with dry shampoo so it won t be so shiny! I low key love this the randomness and chaos! sending you good vibes - the tatts get very sticky and dry when they get old or hot and it s August, so. not your fault!

Brad: tbh I don't wanna do this anymore, it's hard, it's tedious and I'm just not feeling it, it's so ugly, I'm making a mess and I'm now in a bad mood, I'm feeling pissed
Also Brad: I'm gonna keep going

A+ for effort! Smaller tattoos would've probably worked better. They would be faster to apply, less visible shine, and the hair wouldn't clump in large areas.
Maybe you should invent hair tattoos!

I thought those tattoos where with pressure and a lot of water. Also, maybe inkbox tattoos? Though more semi-permanent actually die the skin instead of these weird film things?

I mean, I know how much it sucks to feel thwarted, but we're along for the ride with you, dude. So, whatever your personal (and valid) feelings/reactions, don't worry about us

Something like the prinker would probably be more the look you were thinking of. Although I don't know if the tattoo printer would work on hair the same way it does on skin.

I see where they were going with the idea. It's just you can blatantly see the glistening sticky around the tats edge. If that weren't there it might've worked idk. lol
