Today were going to be finishing the Off-White Nails on JJ.
Im going to start with the lines, but were going to do it a different way. So Im going to pop some masking tape onto some backing paper, cut it onto strips and peal the strips off and line them on the nail. Im then going to use an old make-up sponge and black paint to sponge onto the nail. Im going to Matte Top Coat before I move on to seal that in.
Im going to paint the pointer and middle finger with Serious Black and the pinky with Carambola. Do two coats and then Matte Top Coat. On the pointer finger, Im going to do the cross logo in White Polycolour Paint. On the middle finger, Im going to use the masking tape to sponge on line of Yellow paint and then write with black paint Off-White and the red stitching to look like the belt. On the thumb, Im going to sponge Black and Yellow randomly and then sponge black stripes over the top quarter. On the pinky Im going to sponge black and white in the same way and adding Nail to the pinky. Ill Top Coat all the nails with Matte Top Coat. Ill finish with Cuticle oil.
TheNailLounge46: Kirsty on a possible sidenote dont want to be doom and gloom but now the coronavirus is being classed as imminent threat in the UK how do you suppose a nail tech protect ourselves holding peoples hands for upwards of two hours face-to-face etc glasses, gloves, mask, but now they stated it is possibly aerosol as well, could you possibly do a video with your potential thoughts on this Sterilisation and disinfectant, is going to be more important than ever now. but do we have any other solutions to our workplace air purifiers, UV disinfectant lamps etc. I just think it might be good for the nail community to start taking this serious as well as the world.
