Hey Adam. Honestly these comments are really unexpected and immature (I really thought this community was more mature than your average yt community, keep on going doing what you want (I know no one needs to tell you this as it seems you already realized what makes you happier, it's nice to see someone going out of their comfort zone and doing what THEY care about.
Interesting how people expect that others do a certain thing they've always been doing and judge them when they don't follow these standards. Maybe a projection of their own fears and inability to achieve things that are important for them

Cool ass song! I like the bass and vocals intro, such an unsual texture. And the whole harmonic space is so weird! it's like, lydian, but also with tons of transpositions/momentary key changes sounds real nice.
I know it's a long shot but I gotta ask - is this song inspired by the honestly titillating short story/creepypasta 'Don't Know You From Adam', about a woman with prosopagnosia (face blindness)

This is definitely my favorite song so far. Well done Adam! Just a bit of constructive criticism, though. As a drummer myself, it's very obvious that you are quite stiff behind the kit. Just try to loosen up a bit when your playing, it will allow for smoother transitions around the kit when playing fills and just make the experience more fun overall. Keep rocking though, it sounds really good!

I have no clue if you’ve released other music I’ve missed, Adam, but I’m a big fan of this song. Gives me a very 90s/early 00s indie rock vibe, closest comparison I could make off the top of my head right now is early Death Cab, my favorite era of the band. I’d be interested to hear about what actually inspired your sound though. Great stuff, keep it up, hope to hear more from you soon!

Am getting some serious repeated lyrical themes between this Glue and the part of Free To Be where he says it shouldn't have cost so much to remind him he's free.
Trying not to get to parasocial but Adam it sounds like you went through some really touch personal stuff. It sounds like you are getting the help you need and these songs are functions of that.

Goddamn does this one have the most heartfelt and emotional lyrics on the album so far. Don’t fully grasp the meaning on the first listen but there’s lots of powerful imagery here and I can feel your sense of wanting to stop something inevitable happening to people you care about but knowing you won’t be able to

Adam continuing to be the premier example of the absolute best way to take advantage of success and money. Instead of spending his whole life trying to make the number go up, he realized when he was doing well enough to bail out and spend the foreseeable future doing whatever the hell he wants.

I would love to see some kind of behind-the-scenes explainer about how and why you put these songs together. I've always thought that both cooking and music are an art supported by science, so seeing videos explain your music the same way you explained your cooking would be awesome.

The progression was already good, but when the drums kicked in, it really blew my mind. Great job!
I'd personally fiddle around with the bass treble to remove the finger sliding artifacts from the mix, but that's a matter of taste more than anything.

Vocals sound. Incorrect Like it was mixed for typical voice over cooking content. Too clear and vocal perhaps I'm not an audio expert but perhaps it's the lack of reverb or similar effects
