You should watch the movie ramen shop and recreate the meals in it especially the fictional meal they created 'ramen Teh'. The movie is sooo wholesome and a big love letter to food (If you've seen this comment before it's because I'm copy pasting on multiple videos to get babish's attention)

My dudes, the stroganoff recipe in here was legit bomb, I subbed steak for ground beef, because I'm cheap, but that said, I loved it. My roommate loved it. My roommate's 3-year old loved it. (And he barely eats anything that isn't breaded chicken parts shaped like a dinosaur) Thank you Andrew.

The fennel pot pasta was my second Basics with Babish (the first was the apple and sweet potato chicken) and it was by far my favorite! It's incredible yummy and super easy, not to mention cheap since a lot of the ingredients are what you recommend to have in your kitchen at all time.

I'm going to have to try stroganoff that way in the future. I usually chop my mushroom finer than that, and I typically use baby bella mushrooms. I find that I end up with a more consistent texture that way (plus, I've actually never really liked the texture of mushrooms anyway.

I'm going to have to try that stroganoff recipe. Doing it the way you did looks delicious. I usually use Chef John's recipe but it does take a bit of time and the beef is always well done.

I've been working from home since March am so sick of cleaning my kitchen three times a day. These are great for taking the edge off the dishes. Can you do more one pot recipes on Basics?

If anyone is wanting to make one of these, I highly recommend the Beef Stroganoff Pasta. It was so good my family managed 3rd helpings. Thanks Babish for the recipe!

question, is there a noticable difference if you use un original mozzarella ( i mean from cows milk instead of buffalos) if you incorporate it into a pasta?
