This is it. Bringing it all together. Brad, Claire, Rick, Carla, Andy, Chris, Molly and Christina have striven over the last few weeks to create the perfect component parts of a Thanksgiving dinner: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, sides, pie. Now they're here to bring it all together in the finale and make a (mostly) absolutely perfect Thanksgiving meal. Well, there are a few hiccups along the way, but what's a Nathan F. Cox: That mash potato soup looking stuff just appears to be awful. hard to believe that professional did that. Also somebody inform Carla the original colony was in Virginia, not anywhere close to Cape Cod. Finally, Claire's giggles could be the recipe for world piece

Took me 12 years but last month finally got the best fried chicken recipe. First step get an organic free range chicken. not that steroid fill bs. difference is already half way to perfection. Brine 6 hours in hot cherry pepper liquid no more no less. that you get in the jars. Does not make chicken spicy just juicy tender and best flavor. I love spicy chicken but that comes later because not everyone in my house does. short version- Peanut oil, flour, cornstarch, salt, coarse ground black pepper, white pepper, packet dried tomatoe soup mix, nutmeg, Mexican oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, poultry seasoning, paprika, thyme, eggwash to flour once. press reeeealll good coat well put on oven rack to sit 10 minutes fry 350 till done let cool on oven rack not paper towels. best ever chicken I have tasted and everyone else I have made

I'm a foodie and my small, mostly boomer family only wants plain food for Thanksgiving. I make myself sick cooking for them, anyway, even though I only put salt and (limited) pepper on things. I hope someone else feels my pain. I'm making one new dish for everyone to hate this year. I have already failed. No. I decided to cook them everything boring but I'm making something nice for me.

Could you guys please add some proper subtitles for (not only) the deaf and hard of hearing people who depend on them? Can't wait to watch this and can't wait for future series, this idea is so awesome and such fun to watch: )

I'm still upset because those are NOT mashed potatoes but potato SOUP. so so bad, no wonder they don't like mashed potatoes apparently they've never had it and don't recognize how a proper one even looks smh

So far Ive tried the salad, Brussels sprouts, and pie all of which were incredible. But Im saving the turkey and stuffing for Thanksgiving day. Think Ill pass on the mashed potatoes aka potato soup.

I just came here to say to the video crew that they are amazing because that shot of Claire and Brad in the background is so well staged and at the same time felt so natural

22: 57 - Chris: Sumak brings Chaotic Evil. Today I learned: Chris must play D&D. Who else, but someone who played D&D, would use the term Chaotic Evil.
