Freshly made tortillas are so delish. My grandparents would make flour tortillas and shape/pat them by hand instead of using a press. When they came off the griddle they were thicker. We would put butter on the hot tortillas, and man, was that an AMAZING snack.

15: 54 Question if you need a consistent thickness every time why not just weld a dowel in the corner on the inside the height you need them to be? That way no matter how hard you press they would always come out the right size?

Band aides in food service ( at least in Texas) have to be blue, so that if one ever comes off someone, it doesnt get lost in the food
