love the enthusiasm but its disheartening to see the normalisation of life threatening deficiencies in basic public health starting with the use of utensils (made to be used in prisons by the british for prisoners because cooking in it comes with so much problems, the access of dust, pollution etc to the food being cooked and what not. Street food is not bad inherently but we make it so and the people who consume it on a daily basis only dig a deeper grave for themselves. Not only do they do that, the make healthcare expensive, they pass it on to other being (offsprings and otherwise) overall making this a huge mess for any country. Singapore was dealing with this huge problem themselves and eliminating street food was not the solution they came up with and they have the most amazing street food which is not only tasty but also very safe to consume. So many other things to add here but i hope people get the gist of it.
I really hope people stop overlooking these crucial, very important things. These are the very basic of things without which no country can progress.

This actually NOT biryani. This is pulao. That chef and restaurant owner are Dravidian Tamilians. In their Tamil Nadu, they do not know how biryani is actually made (layering method and NOT one-pot mix method) and the Dravidian Tamilians do not know what biryani is. What Dravidian Tamilians prepare as biryani is NOT biryani, but it is pulao. What you are is chicken pulao. Please do not mention Hyderabadi about this so called biryani, which in reality is actually pulao.

Chef Irani is a gifted presenter. Awesome EP. Irani is a seasoned street dude, so real, passionate, great observation and knowledge about cooking. Of course he's a chef, but he's also a great host for a food vlog. More of this please. Quite refreshing.

6: 35 if he's stirring the meat with the rice, it's not layered and therefore a Pulao rice rather than a traditional biriyani
