Brad Leone and Chris Morocco are back for another episode of Gourmet Makes. This time, these two guys who have always hosted and always will host Gourmet Makes are attempting to make a gourmet version of Andes Crme De Menthe, America's favorite after dinner mint. Strangely, one of our editors had the idea that Claire Saffitz had always been the host of Gourmet Makes though they couldn't point to a single episode that Claire had hosted. We're all very worried about the editor, because as we all know, Chris and Brad ARE Gourmet Makes. Mirroughs: I really hope Chris knows he's tempering chocolate mostly for his own benefit, Claire will always have the option to avoid it like the plague. Better yet, since Chris and Brad have done an episode, the next time tempering chocolate comes up they can help her rather than say No, you have to temper the chocolate

This is easily the best BA video ever. The reoccurring horror of tempering chocolate, the yin and yang of brad and chris, it being 4/1/2020, the war of add wrapping, measuring, etc, and the nc17 level dialogue or Tourettes fit. Its basically a master class of unintentional intentional comedy

I almost want to see Claire remake this episode by herself while they loiter in the background, just to see their differences in process, whos more efficient, see the difference in vibes, etc. because their vibe was Chaotic Neutral at least while hers is like, Lawful God

I feel like Claire would've been pushed to make her own mint oil flavoring or something because of how simple this was. That being said - Brad's existential crisis and Chris's determination to validate his constant push for tempered chocolate are both priceless.

Claire is the best host of this program and duo Dads, Chris & Brad, they both THE AMUSING FUN GOOD BALANCE duet of host I ever seen in the entire ba kitchen epsGood call for Claire to make the duo Dads comes true Brad and Chris working in balance soooo well

brad is the kid that forgot he had a book report diorama due tomorrow and chris is the dad that has to stay up until 3am making it for him while brad tries to remember tiny little details about the book instead of the general information

I never knew that I needed this Brad-Chris combo. The sheer chaos of Brad running ahead while Chris stuggles between choosing to reign him in or join him (Featuring Claire as the disappointed teacher at the end)

To maintain my sanity in these trying times, Im holding firm to my belief that BA has a vault with dozens of these, each with different combinations of chefs and shows. Nobody correct me.

When Brad was reading the ingredients he looked like the teacher picked him to read to class and he was trying his best even though he really just wanted to sit down.

I don't even think you understand how excited I am for this, I keep pausing it to process what's happening and how thankful I am for this April fool's joke.
