Binging with Babish Tries to Keep Up with a Professional Chef Back-to-Back Chef Bon Apptit

Binging with Babish visits the Bon Apptit Test Kitchen to make Jean Georges-style ostrich eggs with Molly Baz. Can he follow along using verbal instructions only? whatever04: The best one by far was the Gordon Ramsay episode. It was absolutely hilarious - the number of ways that guy screwed up while making the dish. And he was somebody who probably had never set foot in a kitchen before, trying to keep up with Ramsay going at 700% speed, and giving totally unhelpful instructions.

I thought I would like this episode but now this episode kind of turned me off to Molly completely. She was rushing him and making him very uncomfortable. She didn't have any patience and didn't do any research about him apparently. I mean he is a guest on her show and she was making it very awkward. Babby was just trying to be himself. Cmon Molly You're better than that

i think it would be cooler to stick to choosing dishes that the guests would like. david dobrik didnt like his, now molly herself cant eat the eggs and babish didnt even touch his. it feels like a waste of food when the guests dont like what they're making

When babish was struggling with the whisk, I was literally screaming at Molly that she had a second huge whisk right in front of her that she could simply hand to him. Then I realized that that's what Carla would do, but Molly is just mean so of course not

This is absolutely my favorite episode and it was wonderful seeing someone known for being SSSOOO calm and collected, sweat under the pressure. It makes me hopeful that I'm not a terrible cook, just chaotic

Wow, Molly clearly does not like Andrew AT ALL, lol. She's always a total sweetheart but half of her replies to Andrew are very passive aggressive, and she rolls her eyes a few times.

TBH I would have rather seen Babish with Carla: ( I feel like the recipe would have been a lot cooler with more complex techniques. too many variables changes at once BA

Not to stir up a fight but I kinda prefer Molly over Carla for this format, she's a lot more natural with the guests. Carla is trying too hard not to offend them.
