This is the PERFECT Lockdown treat! It's so simple, using just 3 main ingredients you can add to it whatever you like: biscuits, chocolate bars, crisps, pretzels, cereal, nuts, dried fruit, sweeties. ANYTHING GOES for this bake. Make sure to take photos and let me know what you put in your fridge cake over on Instagram sallydells as well as cupcakejemma sue: Hey Sally, always good to see you lovely. You, like Jemma are a true inspiration, and it's easy to see just how much you love your job. Take care and stay safe. Best wishes to Jemma. Great recipe.

Thats cute that Sally thinks we might have a stash of leftover uneaten cookies and candy bars sitting in our cupboards. Hah! Not here. Thanks for sharing this with us. I hope you are all well there.

Thanks Sally. lovely recipe. :D I think your recipe looks a lot tastier and less sickly sweet than a condensed milk version I've been using for fridge cake. Easier too. Love to you Jemma!

Looks so good! Genuine question: does fudge exist in the UK? Because this is definitely what Americans (or at least this American) would call no-bake fudge

my mom's family made a cake like this when they were stuck in the middle of a war. It's cool to see how humans can make the most out of what they had.
