Listen to me. THESE COOKIES ARE AMAZING Even if you're not vegan. But if you ARE vegan, you will never regret your decision to become vegan because of a lack of decent cookies Ever again Recipe - 300g plain flour 1 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1/2 tsp salt 100g caster sugar 100g light brown sugar 120 ml vegetable oil 75ml water 1 tsp vanilla extract 100g chocolate chips of your choice

Im not really a fan of you using only gram measurements without giving the comparing them to cup measurements. Same goes for what temperature you set youre oven at. You never give the F temperature along with the C temperature. Is it really that hard to just put them in the description or something. Im not a professional so I dont no those things if the top of my head so it makes it really hard for me to make youre stuff when I dont know what the measurements are as well as the oven temperature? Ticks me off

Quantum Physics made easy with Cupcake Jemma. We all know that in our macrocosmic world things are either EDIBLE or VEGAN. In Quantum Space our rules do not apply anymore. Schroedinger's cat is dead AND alive at the same time. These cookies are the Schroedinger's cat of the macroscosmic culinary world. They are BOTH vegan AND edible. And very much so. Thanks for this extraordinary and brilliant recipe, Jemma. Much appreciated.

Yum, these look incredible Thank you for making cruelty free all this month. Anyone interested in going vegan, then do it, best thing I ever did. 4 years in feel amazing. Check out these - Land of Hope and Glory, Dominon, What the Health, Cowspiracy, Forks over Knives, Dairy is Scary. Most, if not all are on you tube. Being vegan is better for the planet and of course the animals x

I'm a vegan from the Philippines, today I made these and I'm pretty glad I tested baking one first before everything because they were thick af Didn't spread as much, though it did rise a little so I ended up flattening the cookies to the size and thickness I want before baking so they come out a little flat and crisp while keeping the middle soft

Thank you so much for this recipe The cookies came out so well My cookie dough didn't stick very well to the chocolate chips so I just mixed them in and it was no problem. I also rolled the cookies in cinnamon-cardamom sugar for some spice. Everyone really liked them, definitely going to keep this recipe for the future

Would be great if you could make a video on 'What's wrong with my choc chip cookies? 'Mine always comes out truly terribleI do however do not like to put mounts of sugar in my recipes, which I am assuming is the issue? However I can not see the sense of putting 2: 3 ratio of sugar to flour, seems too much

Hi Jemma, I ordered bespoke birthday cakes for my son for 3 years in a row and they are the best tasting cakes ever. They always look better than the pictures provided. So many varieties of sponges available and your customer service is second to none. Soo happy that I have found you.

Ohhhhh. I made vegan cookies for my sister for Christmas (she's vegan, I'm not at all lol) and I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get the chocolate chips to stick to the cookie dough. This was a helpful video and I'm for sure going to use this technique in the future. Thanks Jemma

Hi Jemma, thank you for the recipe. My 5 years old son is Dairy allergy and we made these cookies together, he loves them. To roll the cookies dough into the chocolate it's give more texture and look lovely when it finished. My son looking forward for the next vegan recipes. Thank you X

They look so good It is actual torture though (the bf misread the recipe timings so dinner is still cooking and I'm so hungry) I'll look forward to trying out the recipe once we have finished off eating the pannetone (last Christmas thing left to polish off) x
