Hi im just want to give u the recipe for baking without an oven. You need to use a pressure cooker or a tight lid heavy bottom deep vessel. Put sand or regular salt at the bottom to cover the floor of the oven upto 1/4th inch. Then cover and preheat till ur temperature u can use a cooking thermometer. Then put a stand at the botton on top of the sand/salt. On top of that put ur cake tim and bake accordingly 30 to 35 mins on low to medium heat after putting on the lid(withoit the whistle if its a cooker. After that check and bake accordingly a little more or less next time. Its a trial and error. But once u get it u dont need an oven. You can keep the sand/salt aside and keep using it over and over.

Hi jemma This video was extremely helpful but I do have one question, I made your perfect vanilla cupcakes recipe and followed it EXACTLY like the recipe said. My cupcakes still tasted delicious but they domed quite a bit and even when I filled the cupcake cases half-way with batter they still domed up quite a lot. They are also not quite as brown on top as your ( the edges are slightly brown but most of is kind of a pale yellow color. And to top it off, my cupcakes had a sticky/tacky top when they cooled instead of having that crackly top that your cupcakes have. What am I doing wrong? Thank you

Quick question - today I made my first ever muffins/cupcakes & I did them without butter, just flour, eggs, honey & bit of salt for the batter. Then I got an idea & split it in half, adding coco powder & chocolate chips to one half & frozen berries to the other. Chocolate ones turned out looking perfect while berry ones peaked a lot - one or two got so far only half of them was in the paper cup. the berry ones had more batter since I didn't manage to split them evenly, but my guess is that the berries should be at room temperature first?

HI im so happy I watched this I completely understand if you don't have time to answer my question, but I pray you do, lol. I have this recipe I use and I really love the way they taste. But they tend to be overly moist and almost WET even is that because my oven was too low? also, they pulled away from the liners by themselves. I had thought it was because I over cooked them. I have to try your recipe soon thank you: )

Here is our business info, please tell a friend I would imagine to avoid unappreciative people from dragging there business into the dirt because they gave away bad cupcakes for free. With that said, thank you very much for sharing these very informative videos

Literaly I was baking mine wile watching this video and then you show the ones with hard butter. then I looked into the oven and my cupcakes were exactly like the ones in the video. the edges werent rising, and there was a high peak on the middle. I never thought that the temperature of the butter could affect so much the results. (It was my first time baking cupcakes. )

I'm such a heathen I hate butter in cakes with a passion. I make cakes just for fun and my family and friends enjoy my cakes. but as I use butter for them I can't eat them. However, when I use stork instead of butter for tea time cakes, I love them there's something about the taste of unsalted butter I dislike. Weird, I know

Its so wrong so so wrong how you throw food away. People are starving and dying around the world. (Syria, Africa, Middle East, half the world you get the point) if younger audiences are watching thats not what you want to teach. Im baffled I even have to mention this wow.
