I see a lot of these comments pretty much are saying the same thing, and I agree. Lobster rolls should be displaying the taste of the LOBSTER. The more you add to the roll, the more you take away the taste of the meat. I understand that different people like to take a different spin or recipes, however, sometimes less is more.

Neither of these is appealing to me. I stick with old-school Maine style which contains no mayo (melted butter only, thank you. What they made is lobster salad not a lobster roll.
