I would never put cheese in my guac. however, it can't taste that bad can it? I mean, I put guac on my fajitas and I also put cheese on my fajitas. Tastes great. Same with a 7 layer dip. There is guac and cheese in there too. Also tastes amazing.

Cumin, cayenne, cheddar cheese? I don-t put any of that in mine. Why are these chefs trying to reinvent the wheel. Guacamole is delicious in its simplicity and it-s plenty creamy I don-t see the need for cheese in it.
