DELISH. First off, why have a judge who is not a fan of pecan pie? Not to mention, her table manners are complete shit. Second, I wish you would make more of an effort to find better judges that don't come off pretentious and sarcastic. You're losing viewers on this series due to your inability to do it properly.

Just goes to show that many times simpler is better.
That being said, my go to recipe for crust is French pastry pie crust on Allrecipes. It-s easy, quick and amazing to the max.
