You are being much too hard on yourself. The food processor lid is all about putting the insert in and making sure the bowl, lid, and pusher insert are aligned and locked in properly. And easy combination to forget if you don't use this machine constantly. I am happy to now have the Dole Whip recipe and will share the others when I can half folks over again.

Tess, am loving the video's here in the UK - I have a bit of a question. I keep seeing dole whip in the relevant parks - is it Dairy and lactose free? We don't have it here in the UK! BTW, we're looking to do Disney and Universal in a couple of years.

Just one suggestion. Try to look at the camera (us) a little more instead of looking at yourself on the screen! That way it will feel more like you're actually talking to us! Great video!

I used to make smoothies with banana and I wanted them thicker. So I froze the banana in chunks to throw right in the blender. Works well.
