instead of putting the two sides together before you cook the sandwich at 5: 25, try cooking both pieces in the pan separately like you did when you toasted the first side of the bread. it'll cook both at the same time so you don't have to flip. then just stick the two perfectly cooked and gooey sides together and its done in half the time. i cook mine this way.

-Delish You're mentionning that the recipe for the chipotle bacon jam would be somewhere, I assumed in the description. However, it is nowhere to be found.
Care to share how that jam is made? It looks delicious.

I miss this Josh. It's like when Mythical Kitchen first started and he was cooking in their old kitchen, before he became the living embodiment of chaos. I really do miss it, Chaos Josh is hard to handle sometimes.

I hate how calm Josh is in this video. It feels like they stripped him of his personality in order to appeal to their audience which sucks. Everyone should be able to be fully themselves

Omg! I didn't know anyone else toasted both sides of the bread! Great chefs think alike! I adore you chef Josh and I am always recommending your videos and waiting for new ones!

We should go by a unit of measure to decide grilled cheese and melt and that unit is (any)
That's right if you add ANY amount of meat, It's a melt!
End of discussion!

Everything is good except criticizing olive oil for low smoke while at the same time using butter that literally has 20 degree lower smoke point than olive oil.

So confused as to why this is filmed on shaky cam instead of on a mounted camera. It's not like the shot is changing, and the shaking is really distracting.

I always rotate my sandwhich during the frying process, so the uneven heat gets more dispersed, making sure you get edge to edge browning.
