Watching chinese cuisine I am more and more sure that Italian cuisine is rip off; their pastas, rice dishes, raviolli. frying garlic to brown color is the base of many pasta dishes. And we know that Italians traded with China since Roman times (silk road) and Venezia was bustling melting pot.

For anyone thinking of doing this and are not so confident or don't have time to make the dough, you can also use prepackaged puff pastry. Still turns out delicious.

I made them today, but mine became almost 50% more size while in the pan. Does someone know why?
I mean they taste so good anyway but didn’t look same; -)
