We just used a chocolate made especially for dipping and didn't have to add anything to it, just melted it in the microwave in 30 second increments and reheated it as necessary to keep it liquid. If you check the website link to the recipe I listed all the brand names we used at the bottom.

Thanks! Yeah, I think it's a better experience if you make the dough on one day and then make to pops the next day. Otherwise, you'd be spending an entire day in the kitchen! By splitting it up, it's more relaxing and you have time to enjoy and get creative. Hope you try it!

Ah this was a great video. I'd make brain pops. Dye the chocolate pink and once it slightly sets on teh cake ball take a toothpick and make the brain lines: )
