omg -potachos- are HUGE at my college. Every drunken night is spent at the restaurant that sells them. We get the -loaded potachos- which just has everything you'd find on loaded baked potatoes, plus onions and extra bacon, and then fired under the broiler for extra melt on the cheese. I love that you did a rendition of these: )

Don't knock it until you've tried it! I've also seen these referred to as -Irish Nachos- because of the potato component. I need to send you some tastes from home for PIIMM. There is a new killer salsa that's available only at HEB, you will dig it.
