Make coxinha! These Brazilian snacks are filled with minced chicken, wrapped in a unique dough and deep fried until crispy. Delicious! Coxinha recipe Eszter: It's not supposed to be lumpy. Boil half a liter of the chicken stock with half a cup of mashed potato and 2-3 tablespoon of butter, add 1. 9 cups of flour at one go and stir quickly, lower temperature and stir on the stove for a minute than start kneading with wooden spoon while hot immediately and continue with hands when you are able to handle. It should turn rubbery, smooth. Don't add more flour on the go, just keep kneading with buttered hands. Good luck!

This hurts to see. Why is the chicken cut up? You shred it with a fork and in the intro, the chicken looks like it was cut with a knife. This is so disappointing. As a child i remember everyone saying use a fork or youre doing it wrong. I cant imagine the texture you get when its not shredded.

Coxinhas are by far my absolute FAVORITE Brazilian fried snack. If I had the time, and money I could eat this stuff until I either had a heart attack or just simply got sick of it which will never happen. the sick and tired part not the heart attack. LOL!

I am an American that has lived in Santa Cruz Bolivia for the last 30 years. Here we can find Coxinhas everywhere. Have also eaten them on visits to Brazil. Great finger food you can find on the street there.

You don't state how much broth is used for the dough. I went to the recipe page, and the item cut open. looked doughy and unwelcoming.
