What the hell You put all that effort in to marinade the pineapple and then you boil it Completely non sensical as you just washed off 90% of your marinade. And then you top it off with some factory made processed banana ketchup which probably contains less than. 10% banana. Sorry dude this is not very good

That pineapple dish looks amazing, Chef Vikas! Restaurants must struggle with prep time and consistent quality these days. I wonder if streamlining operations could helpmaybe ChefVikasKhanna could do a video on PannaLabs It could be a game changer for managing kitchens!

Everyone is fighting if it is kerala or Karnataka, but only he had the creativity and craft to present it that way. no one can make a recipe their own anyone can modify it, do it better or worse, it's their choice. anyone can get inspired and make it in their way.

This is Kerala style Pineapple Pachidi’ fully copied. Only innovation is just a grilled pineapple in the middle to make it look fancy. I feel ashamed of all these fake chefs. This dish originate from Central part of Kerala, where pineapple is abundant

My mom says the same about pineapples in Africa vs. the US. I think it’s just not the right environment for tropical fruit (except maybe Florida.

Those pineapples aren’t ripe, that’s why they lack flavour. When they’re ripe, you can eat the soft sweet core too. There’s no hard core.

This sauce seems very close to the menaskai we make in Udupi brahmin community! Pineapple menaskai is one my favs after raw mango on. Yummmm

Pineapple is from the Americas. Just like chiles, and potato and tomato. Best stuff is still from the Americas, source better.
