On today's episode of Prime Time, Ben and Brent are hanging out with legendary sushi master Masa, at his restaurant Tetsu, in Tribeca. jeff: My biggest question is where do you find that badass cast iron pan with those spikes? Everything else I can recreate that thing I've never seen it looks like a medieval torture device. I assume he came up with that pan himself and designed it for himself.

Masa can stick to japanese food. NOTHING and NO ONE will EVER change how good a burger tastes on the grill. PERIOD. only foodie millenial douchers would go for this crap. Try cooking Japanese food a different way and you'll be abused for days

Imagine having Masa, a world renowned respected sushi chef, a master in the art of aesthetic sushi making, a guy whose hands are probably worth millions, and you make him make grilled cheese sandwich with Wonderbread. Lmfao, xD

I was mad since everyone has to reinvent the burger wheel, but then I saw the contraption which may have merit, and he said Just cheese. Burning chopsticks is a nice plus, but the lamb can stay with the shepherd.

I want Gordon Ramsay to try this burger. It's greasy, it's got way too much cheese. Burnt chopsticks? Did you say they were used chopsticks? It has a ghastly odor from the smoke. Take it away, I'm done.

Maybe it didn't translate well to video, but the burger/bun ratio appears to be way off. Also, dryness appears to be the problem as well. I had high hopes, but my burgers at home outshine this by a mile.

I make mine same. Smash burger, cast iron, medium high. 4 min each side. beechwood smoked cheddar or gruyere cheese and a pretzel bun. Can't get any better.

Raw ground beef. No thanks. A good steak HAS to be red, just seared on each side, but this is not steak, and that burger at the end was literally raw. Barf.

Perfectly cookedBlock of unmelted cheddar on top of meatRight. When you have 15 min to shoot a hype video for a restaurant. use high heat and fast cut edits.

5 successful chefs standing around making grilled cheese and not one of them remembered to butter the bread first before toasting it. Sad and cringe.
