Emma, Emma, what can I say. I was wondering what planet you are from, Planet Cake for sure. Your cakes look unbelievable, and low in calories, I hear. Well I believed that until I read Jasons message. What a crack up. I have made a promise to myself, I said -self, make everyone of this girls cakes, just to see which is the best-. Lol. I can't wait to start. Your photography is awesome as well. Thank you for sharing your art. Sherie Rodrigues from Australia. Hugs and Merry Christmas to you and your family. Appreciate your time to make these scrumptious recipes. --

Austrian here! I love this cake and this is basically how we make it at home as well (though without the glucose, which is not really used in cooking here xD) -Since I absolutely loved everyone of your recipes I've tried so far, I think I'll try your Sacher Torte version when I next bake one

Great work making that chocolate cake, I can do a great job eating it ------I just got a simple question, what do you do with the rest of the chocolate ganache after pouring it on the cake? Do you store it or just simply lick it of the tray -----Really I'm curious --

Emma, you don't mention how much chocolate you use for the melted ganache over the top. So how much chocolate do you melt with the heavy cream and glucose? Your recipe only has one step, but where's the remaining details to properly make this wonderful cake?

Ah, sacher torte - my ultimate favorite of all cakes (okay, I like black forest cake as well. My mom makes these to parties, like graduation parties, and it's delicious. Trust me, the apricose jam is one of the best parts. It makes the cake rich and moist.

I just made this and, I must say, as a huge Sachertorte fan, this is by far the best one I've ever tried, hands down. The cake is moist and rich, the glaze is both pretty and delicious and, honestly, the overall result is just perfect.

Hello Emma, I made this cake and it was sooooo good. So chocolatey and rich. Everyone loved it. I didn't make the ganache but did use the syrup which made the cake even more yummy. Thank you for such great recipes.

This is blasphemy. There is NO such thing, as how much chocolate a person can handle. It IS infinite, especially, when it's Chocolate Sacher Torte, made by the Goodies Queen, Ms. Emma, Herself. Whoooooooo, TASTY.
