Anyone else drooling? I have an exact day in mind to make this and I'm going to eat so much (I'm doing a crepe cake for christmas dinner - southern hemisphere christmas is summer and way too hot)-I'm usually in the northern hemisphere for christmas - nice and cold, so typically I would always make a really huge yule log, with coffee cream filling with fun meringue mushrooms!

Hello Emma. I'm a big fan of yours here and all cakes that I tried by you were successful, thank you so much! -I was wondering if you could help me please. I bought a new oven and it has the option to select upper heat, lower heat or both. I have never used one like this and I don't know which one to use. Could you advise me please please please?

This recipe is phenomenal: ) Today was the first time that I've ever baked a cake in my life, followed your recipe, and it came out amazing: ) I only changed one thing: I smeared a layer of apricot jam onto the bottom spongecake, and put the mousse on top of the jam. It's heavenly. Thank you, Emma

I tried it! It was yummy. The white chocolate mousse tastes like vanilla ice cream. It-s like ice cream on a cake. Super yummy. Love it. Thanks! Gonna try other recipes once this cake is over. Will update on other recipes too. But am waiting for a healthy version of dessert. Hope Emma helps

Emma I have a question. This is about your oye gooye chocolate cake. U used Dutch processed cocoa powder for the recipe but it's not available and my parents wouldn't allow me to order it either. So can you please tell me what changes should I make if I am using natural cocoa powder?

Hey Emma. I'm watching your videos like ever since but I have problem with doing cream cheese frosting. I've tried yours and from so many other videos but always go runny. I'm not sure is it my technique or my country weather (Malaysia. Any tips

Our Christmas cake is my late mother's apple cake. She always made it at Christmas time. It is a moist one bowl cake made with very finely chopped apples and spices. It is topped with a whipped cream cheese frosting and chopped walnuts
