I dare say that I have never seen the combination of lemon and strawberry in a sweet like this, I'm really surprised by watching this video because I have already learnt your unique method and technique of making this masterpiece. I'm very sure that it's very delicious so, I'm going to try it on Saturday. You're really a fantastic pastry chef. Thank you very much for sharing your experience with all of us. Have a great evening my dear.

Looks so good! Great tip on mixing in the meringue. I love mascarpone, especially when it's stabilized with sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream and then used as whipped cream or frosting (depending on how much mascarpone you use. The frosting keeps well in the fridge for at least two weeks. If your viewers can't find mascarpone in their grocery store, there are a lot of recipes online for making it. Two ingredients, super easy!

Emma, I love your cakes and this has to be one of the most beautiful ones! The only thing I missed is the other video that describes how you did the zig-zag pattern on the top of the cake slices. I know you said, you'd leave it in the description box - but I looked and just couldn't find it. Please would you post that there if it isn't? Thank you so much! This cake is truly gorgeous!

Looks so damn good-- Prerfect for a gathering. --Ooh could you make a pistachio chiffon cake with maybe lemon/white chocolate frosting? --Also, what would you suggest if I perhaps wanted to do it the opposite way? Like a strawberry sponge with lemon frosting? Maybe a video on that? --Can-t wait to make this!
