They're incredibly gorgeous, they are the most amazing and good - looking brownies in the world. I liked them all very much. Looks SO GOOD! Thanks for sharing! -I'm thinking of adding strawberry flavour to the cheesecake batter - fiance LOVES strawberry cheesecake and I think it would go well with the chocolate. Do you think it would be best to add strawberry jam? I think strawberry puree would change the texture too much (too much liquid. Or maybe it's best to add strawberry flavouring and some food colouring. What do you think? Thanks!

Is the 7- square pan a European basic? I ask because I saw one at the restaurant supply store this week, but for the most part, in the US 8- or 9- squares are basic. I have two of those, but no 7- square. Come to think of it, I don-t think I have any of the pans you usually use. I-m limited in space and try to avoid buying one-off pans. What should I do to make your recipes?

Hi can I have some tips on the kind of chocolate to use? I only find semisweet or dark bittersweet. My brownies didn't came so good. I like more the milk chocolate but isn't good because low % of cacao. Should I need to increase the sugar? Any help will be appreciated. In USA

Sooo amazing great video! --I made the original goes brownie video, but they wouldn-t cook all the way through and we-re super thick in my 9x11 pan. Should I have divided the batter in to two pans as you-ve done here? --Thanks and will def be trying again!

Hi Emma, These Look Great Honey But I cant eat eggs due to Allergy and I dont know If we can Substitute Flax or Chia Egg for Such a Large amount of Eggs(4) for it to. turn out. What do You Think? Ot Viewer's out there? Any Help? Thank You Beloveds ---

these look too good! i just made brownies using the recipe u posted before--just wondering: how do u get the crackly papery top? -bc mine had a shiny top, it was crunchy and tasted good(thks 4 the recipe its rlly good) but doesnt have the papery layer

My imagination is going wild. I would love to try these with a peppermint topping and a cherry topping but I have no idea how that would turn out. I usually don-t like peppermint but that-s what I-m craving after watching this video.
