Thank you for sharing, looks like your Italian Pizza recipe just what I am looking for, I will try today. I am using a 1/2 inch [1. 5cm] thick slab of A36 Steel plate, in the oven, takes about a hour to heat up, not a pizza stone, top rack under the broiler, slide the pizza out on the steel to cook. I like your idea of a pan heated, then on a burner stove top, great -idea-. This steel is heavy, leave it in the oven, slide the pizza on the steel, turn on the broiler to cook the top, the heated steel will cook the bottom perfect, pizza total cook time 3 to 4 minutes, watch it. or burn it.

My husband is Italian and he has very strong accent even though we speak English to each other every single day. - I was thinking you were mix American and Italian. Your English is definitely amazing as I live here in Frascati and not so many people speak English, leave alone to have an American accent. Anyway, I'm your fan and I always tried your recipes. Your dorayaki recipe is my breakfast everyday. Keep it up! Hope to see you oneday.

made a dessert pizza it was so damn good! -added 100g (1/2 cup) white sugar to the dough. --add whatever spreads and toppings you want-heres what i did: -spread some nutella on top with marshmallows with digestives(or grahm crackers)-drizzled some caramel at the end-SMORE PIZZA

Going to take a risk here & be a know it all. Flour should be dusted on during mixing process or the yeast gets -nervous- or tough, & no knead, ha, for all that plastic wrap going into the ocean, just use Tupperware. Another key, the wetter the dough the lighter the pizza.

How thick should i roll out the dough to be? Ive never made pizza before so im worried ill make it accidentally either too thick or too thin. Please someone tell me lol i want my crust to have the same thickness as emmas so HOW MUCH IS THAT LOL

This is my favorite pizza too! Can't wait to make that and the other pizza you we're referring to. Do you also have a recipe for garlic knots? I worked at a pizza place once where they had them and I cant seem to find that recipie anywhere.

Hi, Emma! :) Your video is awsome. My question is the following: Is this amount of ingredient for 2 or 3 pizzas? I mean 12 inch normal pizza size. :) It is very important for me. Thank you, for your reply! :)
